Position Summary:
As the Nurse Office Manager, you’ll serve a dual role: delivering direct patient care and ensuring the seamless operation of our front and back office. From overseeing clinical support staff to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, your leadership will be vital to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate patient care, including medication administration, treatment assistance, and clinical procedures.
- Manage daily office operations: scheduling, medical record management, and supervising administrative and clinical support staff.
- Act as a liaison between providers, patients, and staff to coordinate care and ensure timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to implement and support patient care plans.
Qualifications:
- Active GA Nursing License in the state of Georgia (RN license also accepted).
- Prior experience in medical office management or administrative leadership preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
