Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper needed – Leander
Veritee Property Solutions is seeking a part time porter responsible for trash, and trashrooms at an apartment community.
We are looking for someone to work 2 - 2.5 hours a day 6 days a week, in the morning.
You would be:
Moving trash cart from the building to the dumpsters and using the tipper lift to empty the carts into the dumpster.
Maintaining/cleaning the trash rooms and carts.
Keeping the areas around the dumpsters clean.
Attendance is an imperative job function. Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position & comply with policies, rules & procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees.
