Are you a natural closer with an eye for design? Do you enjoy blending creativity with technology to deliver solutions customers love? We’re looking for a driven Custom Closet Designer & Sales Consultant who can confidently guide clients from initial consultation through final design—and close the sale.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to understand their storage needs, lifestyle, and style preferences
- Design custom closet and organization systems using our proprietary design software while meeting with the clients
- Present design concepts and confidently recommend solutions that align with client goals and budget
- Own the sales process from consultation to closing, including pricing, proposals, and follow-up
- Build trust with clients by combining product knowledge, design expertise, and strong communication
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability – you’re comfortable asking for the sale and consistently closing deals
- Technically capable – able to quickly learn and effectively use design software to create detailed, accurate layouts
- Strong spatial awareness and an eye for design (bonus if you have experience in interiors or space planning)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
