Job Title: Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part Time

Schedule: Saturday and Sundays

Provide and oversee wound care treatments, including dressing changes and skin assessments
Monitor and document wound progress, ensuring accurate and timely charting
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on treatment plans
Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
Educate staff, residents, and families on wound care and prevention
Assist with audits and maintain survey readiness related to skin integrity
Active RN or LPN license (Missouri)
Experience in wound care, treatment nursing, or skilled nursing preferred
Knowledge of pressure injuries, infection prevention, and skin management
Strong documentation and assessment skills
Team-oriented with a compassionate, resident-first mindset
Wound Care Certification (WCC)
Previous Treatment Nurse or Wound Nurse experience
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings
