Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Projects

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents for long-term data center projects in Texas and Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned electrical leaders with strong experience managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day electrical field operations.
- Supervise electrical crews and coordinate subcontractors.
- Manage manpower, scheduling, productivity, and project progress.
- Enforce site safety requirements and ensure compliance with OSHA and project standards.
- Oversee installation of high- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of backup generators and UPS systems.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain strict quality control standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Oversee electrical testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and system turnover.
Qualifications
- Extensive electrical construction experience with proven Superintendent-level leadership experience.
- Strong data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of medium-voltage and high-voltage power distribution.
- Experience with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, and jobsite safety.
- Ability to effectively manage large crews, subcontractors, schedules, and project priorities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
