Arvada Motorsports was born in 2022 from that same passion—focused exclusively on high-performance and luxury marques like Porsche, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo. Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced technicians to join our next chapter.
What You’ll Bring:
- Dealership or European experience - We know you’ve seen it all, now let’s make it fun again!
- Receive and carry out Repair Orders like the pro you are, with no drama or micromanagement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot like a detective on a mission to fix the perfect ride.
- Estimate labor, time, and parts with accuracy and confidence (because you know your stuff).
- Perform top-notch repairs on everything from engines to air conditioning, steering, suspension, brakes, and more. All while following company and manufacturer standards.
- QC checks are your thing. You know every job needs to be done right, and you’re not afraid to go the extra mile.
- Paperwork? Done. You stay organized so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Work in a clean space (because let’s be real—no one likes a cluttered shop).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard without the corporate nonsense
- Teamwork makes the dream work—you’ll be in constant communication with Service Advisors and your fellow technicians, we’re not afraid to brainstorm, ask for help and give help. It’s all for what’s best for our customers… and their cars.
- Stay sharp by participating in ongoing training programs, keeping up with the latest in automotive tech.
- ASE certification is a plus, but experience is what matters most!
