Premier Eye Center is a privately owned, family-operated optometry practice seeking a motivated Optical Associate to join our growing team.
We believe skill set can be trained but character can not. Our new team member will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting all aspects of the optical department, and taking care of our patients so they feel welcomed, educated, and confident when they leave.
Requirements for this position:
- 2 year minimum of optical experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Is dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Reliable transportation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with frame and lens selections
- Educate patients on lens options and products
- Process eyewear orders and patient communications
- Perform optical lab duties as needed
- Manage and organize frame inventory
- Maintain a professional and welcoming optical environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
