Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and fixing a wide range of vehicle issues. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire services.
- Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace components such as transmissions, powertrains, and suspension systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repairs.
- Work with automotive electrical systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients.
Skills
- Dealership experience is preferred, with familiarity in working on all types of vehicles.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and repair techniques.
- Knowledge of air brake systems, schematics, diesel engine repair, and alignment procedures.
- Skilled in vehicle maintenance tasks including shocks & struts replacement, tire service, and powertrain repairs.
