Overview:
Table Games Dealer-In-Training
Table Games Dealer In Training is a program that will help to lay the foundation for all your future success at GNBX in the Table Games Department. The Training Program is a 6-8 week program.
Upon completion of Training Program, you must pass the audition for a position of Table Games Dealer.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
Must be able to deal each game proficiently by the end of the course.
Must adhere to all gaming regulations, policies and procedures.
Must be able to compute payable odds and payable winning bets.
Hand/Eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to distinguish letters, number and symbols.
Ability to verify fills and credits to game.
Ability to educate guests on the proper rules and procedures of the games.
Ability to monitor guest play and table action to ensure the integrity of the game and company assets.
Excellent math and communication skills.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Candidates will need to successfully complete 120 hours of training.

Candidates will need to complete an interview process and agree to Golden Nugget's Dealer Training Program Terms and Agreement.
Qualifications:
No experience needed.
Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Exemplary guest service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit upon being accepted into the Program.
The minimum age requirement is 21.
