Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 20–29 hours per week

Cherokee Country Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our golf pro shop as a Player Services / Starter / Ranger. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our members/ guests while helping maintain an enjoyable and efficient pace of play on the course.
Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests at the first tee prior to the start of their round and provide a friendly, professional welcome.

Communicate daily cart rules, course conditions, and other important information before play begins.

Educate and remind members and guests about proper golf etiquette, pace-of-play expectations, and appropriate course care.

Monitor the pace of play throughout the golf course and assist players as needed to keep play moving efficiently.

Track and maintain accurate pace-of-play data.

Promote a positive experience for all players by providing courteous and helpful customer service.

Help ensure players follow established golf course policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.

Dependable and punctual.

Comfortable communicating with players and providing clear instructions.

Ability to work independently and interact professionally with a variety of guests.

Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is preferred.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Hours: Approximately 20–29 hours per week
