We're looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating sheet metal machinery, feeding sheet metal into the machine, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely.
Responsibilities:
- Feed sheet metal into production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Operate and monitor machine performance throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Make minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
