About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the uptime and reliability of our press equipment. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic components of press equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshoot PLC logic, interpret ladder diagrams, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with maintenance mechanics and other team members to address equipment issues.
- Implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of PLC logic and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with stamping press equipment.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.
