We are currently seeking a Part-Time Facility & Grounds Support to help maintain our production areas, warehouse, outdoor storage yards, and employee parking areas. This position plays an important role in keeping our operation clean, safe, and efficient for employees, customers, and visitors.

Position Summary
The Facility & Grounds Support is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our manufacturing facility and surrounding property. Duties include cleaning production and warehouse areas, maintaining outdoor storage and parking areas, operating material handling and cleaning equipment, and supporting safe operations throughout the facility.
This role requires an individual who can work safely around manufacturing equipment and coordinate with machine operators and production staff without disrupting production activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and maintain warehouse, production, breakroom, restroom, and common areas.
Operate walk-behind floor scrubbers, shop vacuums, pressure washers, backpack blowers, and other cleaning equipment.
Keep aisles, walkways, workstations, and emergency exits clear and organized.
Remove debris, scrap materials, and waste from production areas.
Maintain outdoor storage yards, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped areas.
Assist with organizing inventory, pallets, materials, and storage locations.
Operate forklifts to move materials and support housekeeping activities.
Perform seasonal property maintenance, including leaf removal and general grounds cleanup.
Occasionally operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, or other elevated work platforms when needed.
Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or facility repair needs.
Work closely with production teams to complete tasks safely and efficiently without interfering with manufacturing operations.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, janitorial, facilities, manufacturing, or maintenance work preferred.
Forklift experience required or ability to become certified.
Ability to safely operate cleaning and facility maintenance equipment.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements
Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to safely access elevated work areas using ladders, scissor lifts, or boom lifts when required.
Ability to work around industrial equipment and moving machinery while maintaining awareness of surroundings.

Part-Time Position
Flexible scheduling available
Typical hours may range from 15-30 hours per week depending on workload and seasonal needs
Hours must be worked between 6:00am and 4:30pm M - F
