What You’ll Do:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and credit cards
- Process expense reports and maintain financial records
- Provide backup support for accounts receivable
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Prepare sales tax filings and monthly reports
- Support special projects and other accounting needs
What You Bring:
- Accounting experience, with manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIF
- SAP and Concur experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to help others
- Hunger to learn, humility, and strong people skills
