Overview
We are seeking a professional and results-driven Roofing / Siding/ Gutters Salesman to join our growing team. This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about building customer relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service in the exterior home improvement industry. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for signing on new jobs , managing client accounts, and wrapping things up. Your expertise will help homeowners and commercial clients enhance their properties while contributing to our company's expansion and reputation for quality.
Duties
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories.
- Manage existing client accounts by providing personalized service, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored roofing and siding solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of various roofing and siding options.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and document customer interactions accurately.
- Close deals efficiently by negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to project signing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and products to provide expert advice during client consultations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, outside sales, or territory management. Or something similar.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, prospecting, deal closing, and achieving sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for customer relationship building, negotiation, and client consultation.
- Sales experience related to roofing or siding products is highly desirable.
