At Key Precision Philadelphia, we work directly with nonprofit and community-focused campaigns to build awareness, strengthen donor support, and create meaningful face-to-face connections. Our Sales team represents organizations through live events, community outreach, and promotional campaigns that help drive measurable results.
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants hands-on experience in event marketing, fundraising outreach, and professional development.
What you’ll do:
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events, pop-up activations, and promotional outreach efforts
- Engage directly with the public to share campaign information and answer questions
- Help generate support, donor engagement, and community awareness
- Work closely with team leaders to track campaign goals and event performance
- Participate in daily coaching, product knowledge training, and ongoing professional development
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in both team-based and independent settings
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales experience is helpful but not required
