About Us
We are a small, well-established electronic component testing lab serving the Space, Defense, Medical, and Commercial industries. We are looking for a part-time Shipping/Receiving Specialist to support our growing operations, with the potential to transition to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, package, and label products for shipment following company standards
- Verify shipping information: addresses, quantities, and delivery instructions
- Perform receiving duties and accurately update records
- Maintain and label inventory; conduct routine cycle counts
- Assist with process improvements and collaborate with team members
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year shipping/receiving experience (inventory experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle small electronic components with care (steady hands, good vision)
- Reliable, with a strong attendance record
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
- Wage negotiable, based on experience
- Must meet ITAR requirements
- Must provide references and pass a background check
