Description:
Woerner Agribusiness is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple locations, ensuring our technology systems operate efficiently and securely.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in IT, enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, provides exceptional customer service, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the field of information technology.

Provide first-level technical support for employees in person, over the phone, and remotely.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, mobile devices, and other technology.

Set up workstations, user accounts, email, and software for new employees.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, internet, and connectivity issues.

Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Assist users with Microsoft Business Central and other business applications.

Perform routine software installations, system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance.

Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate repairs and warranty service with outside vendors when necessary.

Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, password security, and user awareness.

Document support requests and maintain technical procedures.

Travel periodically to company locations to provide on-site support.

Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Must be able to work varied hours / days including weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience, technical support, or a related field or an associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

Basic understanding of networking, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
