**These positions are located at the Culinary Health Center on Tropicana and the Harmony office near UMC hospital.**
Harmony Healthcare is a well established mental health and substance use outpatient agency in Las Vegas, NV. We have been serving clients in the Vegas valley for nearly 30 years. Our mission is to provide excellent client care using evidenced based practices. We are the premier Employee Assistance Provider to Las Vegas businesses and unions. Our therapists get to do exactly what they went to school to do - Therapy! We take care of the billing, scheduling and other administrative work.

This is a full time salaried position. Unlike contract/1099 positions, you get paid for 40 hours per week regardless of how many patients you see.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients using various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- Assess and diagnose clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals, couples, and families, adults, adolescents, and children.
- Free primary supervision for CSW Interns and free secondary supervision for MFT and CPC interns.
- Professional office environment including support staff, call center, prescribers, and clinical leadership.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using an electronic health record system.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Intern status.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
