Job Title: Entry-Level Transaction Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate investment team. In this role, you will help manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, serve as a primary point of contact with title companies, and assist in coordinating renovation projects to ensure timelines and project milestones are met. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.
- Communicate regularly with title companies to monitor closing progress, resolve title issues, and ensure all required documentation is completed on time.
- Maintain accurate transaction files and update internal tracking systems.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related appointments.
- Track contract deadlines and ensure all parties meet required timelines.
- Assist with collecting and organizing documents from buyers, sellers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support renovation projects by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor renovation timelines, budgets, and project updates, escalating issues when necessary.
- Order materials and schedule vendor appointments as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to management on active transactions and renovation projects.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the acquisitions and operations teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning new software and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate transactions or title processes.
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, or renovation projects.
- Knowledge of CRM or transaction management software (such as Podio, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms).
