Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Fire Watch Officer to ensure the safety and compliance of our facilities with fire safety regulations. In this role, you will monitor construction sites, buildings, and critical infrastructure to prevent fire hazards, conduct inspections, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous fire watch patrols at construction sites, buildings under renovation, or other designated areas to identify potential fire hazards.
- Perform detailed inspections of fire prevention measures, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler fittings, and emergency exits, ensuring they meet building code analysis and IFC compliance.
- Educate personnel on fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and public safety education initiatives.
- Document all inspections, findings, and corrective actions accurately in reports for regulatory compliance and internal review.Qualifications
