Position Summary: Warming Trends is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabrication Specialist with a strong focus on machine operations to join our team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience operating fabrication equipment and machinery, works with precision and consistency, and is committed to producing high-quality work. This role includes general fabrication responsibilities including CNC Lathe and laser CNC machine operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform metal fabrication tasks; safely operate standard shop tools and equipment with proficiency.
- Operate technical machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints and shop orders including water jet table, press brake, time saver, sandblast, and powder coat booth.
- Operate laser CNC machine to perform laser cutting tasks by selecting and loading the correct programs and materials according to production schedules. Inspect cut parts for quality and accuracy.
- Operate CNC lathe to perform milling, drilling, and grinding tasks by selecting the correct programs, performing tooling changeovers, loading raw materials, removing and cleaning finished parts, and managing metal scrap collection.
- Perform and document daily safety and maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving routine issues to ensure continuous, efficient, and optimized machine operation.
- Visually inspect parts during fabrication to ensure quality and accuracy; ensure both functional and aesthetic quality of finished products.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Will perform other production duties at times. Position includes ongoing training and flexibility to assist in various operations and cover for team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication with understanding of fundamental fabrication principles, production processes, and standard shop equipment and tools is required.
- Experience operating CNC lathes and laser CNC equipment is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to independently solve problems, prioritize work, and respond effectively to changing production demands.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship, product quality, and consistency of finished parts.

Starting Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly rate, plus discretionary annual bonus
