The Katy Jewett Organizer Apprenticeship is a full-time, fully-paid career development program designed to train the next generation of organizers who will build power for working families in Texas.
The program combines hands-on field experience, weekly classroom training, mentorship from experienced organizers, and job placement to provide apprentices with a clear path to launch careers in movement work.
Texas isn't a red state - it's an unorganized state. At the Organizer Launchpad, you'll learn and practice the essential skills you need to organize and win.
Attendance at an Organizer Launchpad training is a requirement to apply for the Katy Jewett Organizer Apprenticeship. Everyone is encouraged to apply! Experience in political work is not required. Learn more at katyjewett.org.
