Your Impact as Director:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for rehabilitation in skilled nursing
- Manage the rehabilitation department's budget, equipment, and supply needs
- Foster strong relationships with the medical team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the therapy staff
What You Bring to the Table:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program
- Current state license as a therapist
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
