We are seeking an highly organized and responsible person to be the Remodeling Materials Coordinator on our dynamic team. This is an important role in the company which requires some previous remodeling contracting experience. Responsibilities
- Responsible for parts and materials pick-ups, deliveries to job sites
- Incoming receiving of truck deliveries to our warehouse
- Meet city inspectors on job sites
- Organize and stock warehouse parts
- Help crews with Demolition on job sites
- Perform oil changes of all company vehicles
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- NC Drivers License, be insurable
- Be a highly organized person
- At least 3 years of contracting construction experience in general
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
