We are searching for the most dedicated and positive leaders out there, who want to take great care of both their guests and their team. Hiring Shift Managers.
Our hourly shift managers: work up to 40 hours per week amongst a team of managers, out on the floor side by side with our dedicated staff.

Roles & Responsibilities of our Leaders:
- Establish GENUINE guest relations, ensure guest satisfaction and lead your teams by example
- Care for our team as a family
- Identify and develop future leaders
- Respond to any possible guest issue (though rare) in a genuine and timely manner to ensure all guests leave happy.
- Manage and fully understand the backend of our POS system (TOAST) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with help of IT phone support (involves both stationary & handheld units). We provide training but a comfort level with technology is required.
- Ensure the profitability of The Shed restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing exceptional service.
- Ensure that all daily/weekly restaurant administrative work is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
