We're Hiring! – HR Reception and Administrative Assistant
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
At B2B Funding PR, we are looking for a highly professional, organized, and service-oriented HR Reception and Administrative Assistant. This position plays a key role as the first point of contact for our clients, candidates, and visitors, while providing administrative and Human Resources support.
Work Location: On-site (Office)
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Provide administrative and Human Resources support.
- Coordinate schedules and assist with daily operational tasks.
- Manage documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with internal Human Resources processes and employee documentation.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Professional, ethical, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Availability to work overtime when needed.
