THE LOST BEAN/VINE - TUSTIN, located in Tustin, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Server for our Wine Bar. In this role, you'll also be cross-trained as a Barista, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic and welcoming environment.
As a Server/Barista at THE LOST BEAN/VINE - TUSTIN, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a warm and inviting experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing attentive table service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrating knowledge of wine and confidently recommending menu pairings.
- Anticipating guests’ needs while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ensuring cleanliness and upholding our service and hospitality standards.
- Serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with California ABC Laws and RBS requirements.
- Handling moderate lifting (up to 30-40 lbs.), including wine cases, glass racks, and trays.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

At least 1 year of previous serving experience.
- A strong understanding of guest service and hospitality.
- A professional attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of wine and a willingness to learn more.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying moderate weight.
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol responsibly.
