Ottumwa Radio Group is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Radio & Digital Sales
Executive to join our growing team. This position focuses on helping local businesses succeed through
customized advertising and marketing solutions across radio, digital, video, streaming, social media, and
more.
This territory includes areas such as Jefferson, Van Buren, and Keokuk Counties.
Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with ambition, confidence, and
strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
– Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
– Develop customized radio and digital advertising campaigns
– Prospect and generate new business opportunities
– Meet with clients in person throughout the region
– Create marketing strategies designed to help businesses grow
– Present advertising proposals and close sales
– Coordinate campaigns with internal creative and production teams
– Maintain client communication and account management
– Represent Ottumwa Radio Group professionally in the community

– Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

– Social media and digital knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
– Starting salary around $45,000 annually based on experience
