Responsibilities
- Implement prepared age-appropriate lessons, activities, and programs that promote spiritual development and biblical understanding.
- Lead children in worship, prayer, and discussions during weekly services and special events.
- Foster a safe, clean, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages participation and spiritual curiosity among children.
- Collaborate with Children's Director and Pastor.
Skills
- Works well with children.
- Understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, volunteers, and church staff clearly and compassionately.
- Dependability, good moral character, Christian!
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Demonstrate stable physical, mental, and emotional health
