Job Summary:
Trinity Med Spa is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients, manage daily spa operations, and oversee social media and marketing efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:Client Scheduling & Reception Duties
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a luxury spa experience.
- Process client intake forms and maintain records securely.
- Handle all phone, email, and social media inquiries professionally.
Sales & Membership Management
- Promote spa packages, memberships, and upsell additional services/products.
- Handle transactions, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Track and manage client loyalty programs and referral incentives.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (before/after results, promotions, educational content).
- Run seasonal promotions, referral programs, and giveaways.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs & comments promptly.
- Monitor Google Reviews and manage online reputation.
Operational Support
- Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepped and restocked.
- Work closely with the Spa Director to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and replenish front desk and skincare retail inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury retail setting preferred.
- Strong sales and marketing skills (experience with social media platforms required).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with POS systems and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic treatments is a plus.
- Professional appearance and warm demeanor.
