Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician and Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our apartment complex. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Utilize tools for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Work with maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality work and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff regarding maintenance issues.
- Execute residential drywall and painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Skills
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
