This is a full time leadership position as the Store Manager for a newly re-established and re-branded hardware store in Caldwell, OH. As the Store Manager, you will report to the Store Owner or Owner's Appointee. The Store Manager is responsible for leading the entire operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing for the store. It is the Store Manager's job to ensure the store is operated within guidelines established by owner or franchisor and to set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work, maintaining an appropriate store culture.
The Store Manager is responsible for the entire team. They will perform hiring, training, coaching and developing the store leadership team and team members to build a highly skilled and productive team. They are also responsible for effective scheduling and ensuring that the store is properly staffed.
The job as Store Manager is also customer oriented. The Store Manager must ensure customer service in all areas meets or exceeds company standards. They will ensure that complaints are promptly and appropriately addressed to resolve the problem. A Store Manager must understand the importance of quality customer service and be able to identify areas of continuous improvement for the store.
The Store Manager must maintain a safe, secure and healthy facility environment and ensure that all health, safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
Store Manager must have ability to:
- Be approachable, positive, and encouraging.
- Work in and out of different temperature ranges.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay dependent upon experience. Please understand that as this is a relatively newly re-established hardware store, there is room for growth and future pay increases as you help us re-establish our store as an important part of the Caldwell community.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
