Our recruiting firm is partnering with a growing manufacturer of safety-focused monitoring equipment to hire a skilled Production Assembler / Tester. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll assemble, program, calibrate, and test electronic monitoring equipment while ensuring every unit meets established quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
- Following work instructions to assemble, program, and set up monitoring devices
- Performing gas calibration and functional testing
- Completing technical data, instrument records, and serial-number documentation
- Reading and working from production schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Performing SMT and through-hole soldering, including hand soldering and rework
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Supporting additional production needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in SMT and through-hole soldering techniques
- Experience with hand soldering and rework
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A dependable, accountable, team-oriented approach
