Job Summary
Olympic Move Group is seeking a Content Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across digital platforms, events, and day-to-day initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity, organization, and hands-on marketing. You will help capture and create content from real-world operations, manage social media activity, support sales and marketing campaigns, and help tell the story of our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working independently, and excited about creating content that connects with customers and strengthens our brand.
This position requires occasional travel to moving jobsites, company offices, events, and community locations to capture content.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Capture, create, and develop engaging content including photos, videos, written posts, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with social media management, including creating posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Visit moving jobsites, office locations, and events to collect real-time content that showcases our team, services, and company culture.
- Create short-form videos, educational content, "how-to" videos, and other marketing materials for social media, YouTube, and digital channels.
- Maintain and organize content calendars to support consistent marketing efforts.
- Help curate newsletters and company memos
- Collaborate with sales team members to identify marketing opportunities, promotions, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Support marketing administration tasks including organizing materials, coordinating vendors, and assisting with marketing projects.
- Track content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and marketing results.
- Attend occasional events, trade shows, and community opportunities to assist with setup, capture content, and engage with attendees.
- Assist with planning and conducting social media training for staff.
- Bring new ideas and creative solutions to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take quality photos and videos; experience with editing software is a plus.
- Comfortable driving to job sites, events, and company locations as needed.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and campaigns.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Willing to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
