Duties
- Participate in comprehensive training programs covering CPR, AED operation, first aid instruction, and emergency defibrillation techniques using simulation dummies and AED trainers
- Assist experienced instructors in delivering engaging, instructor-led training sessions to diverse audiences
- Support lesson planning and classroom preparation to ensure effective learning experiences
- Demonstrate proper techniques for adult first aid, CPR, AED use, and emergency response procedures during simulated scenarios
- Develop strong communication skills by engaging with learners and providing clear instructions during training sessions
- Observe and learn best practices for adult education teaching methods and classroom management
- Contribute to maintaining training equipment, including first aid kits, simulation dummies, and AED trainers
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex safety procedures
- Experience or interest in adult education and teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of first aid protocols, CPR techniques, AED operation, and emergency defibrillation procedures
- Ability to perform instructor-led training with confidence and professionalism
