As a Church Music Specialist, you will:
- Manage and grow assigned territory
- Cultivate relationships with churches and ministries within assigned territory
- Sell and retain Choral Club Memberships for churches and schools
- Pitch new choral releases to customers, including but not limited to music directors, pastors, children’s ministry leaders, and school music teachers
- Facilitate incoming sales calls, emails, and customer service questions
- Assist with order entry and other sales duties as needed
- Generate revenue through proactive outbound and inbound calls
- Foster new and enhance existing customer relationships
- Generate revenue using marketing leads, proactive prospecting, and outbound calls
- Utilize marketing resources and tools for generating revenue and gaining new customer leads
- Provide consistent, professional, and timely service to all customers
- Up-sell products and memberships on all correspondence
- Handle and safeguard confidential proprietary information
- Assist in training new Church Music Specialists on sales order entry and customer service approach

Ideal for those who:
- Have practical and/or educational experience in Church Ministry and/or Choral/Christian Music
- Have a high school level education, or its equivalent, and Bachelor’s Degree, focus in Church Music is preferred.
- Have general knowledge of Christian Music with direct experience with choirs and/or praise and worship teams
- Have a professional phone demeanor and enjoy helping customers over the phone
- Possess general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a strong work ethic, strong organization skills and pay high attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Possess ability to adhere to deadlines and execute on tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments
- Think outside the box proactively
- Must live within Greater Nashville or surrounding areas
