Job Description
What You Will Do
- Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer
- Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
- Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow
- Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment
- Accurately enter and maintain customer profiles and transaction data
- Support customer flow and assist in maintaining efficient store operations

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Cannabis knowledge or retail experience preferred
- Computer and basic technology proficiency required
- English fluency required; additional languages preferred
Compensation
- Base pay: $15.00 per hour plus tips
