Waldorf Chevy Cadillac is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Service Advisor to join our team!
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers. You’ll help them understand what their vehicle needs, keep them updated throughout the process, and make sure they leave happy. This role is all about communication, organization, and making sure customers have a great experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and check in vehicles for service
- Listen to concerns and clearly explain service needs and options
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle status
- Review final work performed and handle payments
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Automotive service experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- GM experience is a plus
- Must have a current driver's license
- Ability to pass drug test
