The Technology Systems Engineering Supervisor is a key role supporting the Systems Engineering Manager. This position is responsible for assisting in the management and oversight of systems, network, and security engineering initiatives, as well as Tier II operations support. The Supervisor plays an important role in recognizing and adapting to new developments in information technology, anticipating the organization's technical needs, and contributing to strategic goal planning and infrastructure capacity management. The role involves ensuring the security and reliability of corporate data and assisting in coordinating and mentoring the technology staff. This position candidate will be required to obtain gaming licenses across three states that includes an extensive background check.

Assist in leading and managing technology engineering projects and Tier II operational support for System Administrators.

Contribute to the operational support of systems, network, telecommunications, security, and technology projects.

Support in establishing technical priorities, ensuring system capacities meet organizational needs.

Assist in supervising and reviewing project assignments to meet goals and objectives.

Collaborate with other technology teams, providing updates on projects and operational status.

Participate as a support interface with vendors and provide internal analysis.

Contribute to the technical administration of systems, network, security, and operations.

Assist in evaluating technology solutions and recommend new products and services as appropriate.

Support security measures for system and database protection and assist in security investigations.

Participate in the installation and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Adhere to ethical standards of professional conduct and act in a manner consistent with the organization’s code of business ethics including but not limited to maintaining confidentiality, excellence, integrity, respect, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Assist in managing and planning the design, installation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure.

Perform other related duties as required.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in a relevant technical role within an enterprise environment.

Knowledge in two or more technologies.

7+ years’ experience in a business environment.

Some leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.

Professional certifications are a plus.
