Legacy Staffing Associates has partnered with a highly respected boutique law firm that is seeking an experienced Community Association Litigation Attorney to join its growing Florida practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 4-10 years of experience who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to community associations while handling sophisticated litigation and governance matters.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic thinker who is comfortable managing litigation matters, advising boards of directors, drafting governing documents, and building lasting client relationships. Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 4-10 years of community association and/or business litigation experience
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, legal opinions, and governing documents
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Experience attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and board meetings is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach

Pay: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
