We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. Duties

Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.

Answer phone calls and schedule patients.

Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate team members

Maintain patient records, ensuring documentation review is thorough and compliant with regulations.

Utilize eClinicalWorks electronic health record system.

Provide support in office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.

Assist bilingual patients by providing translation services when necessary.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar position is preferred.

Proficiency in medical collection processes and documentation review is highly desirable.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.

Experience using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks is a plus.
