B&C Blacktop is a full service asphalt paving contractor in the greater Columbus Ohio area now in its 31st year in business. We are currently searching for experienced and motivated workers for the 2026 asphalt paving season. B&C Blacktop offers health insurance, employer matched 401k, holiday pay, attendance and year end bonus program, uniform service, along with a positive working environment. A minimum of three years experience, a valid driver’s license, clean background check and a pre-employment drug screen are required to be considered for employment. Class A or Class B CDL is a plus but not required. B&C Blacktop is known throughout our industry as a quality contractor and will accept nothing less from our employees.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand control skid steer with precision
- Ability to operate milling head attachment and pick up broom
- Excavation, grading and loading material onto dump trucks effeciently
- Operate other equipment such as water truck, grader, excavator and roller occassionally

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
