Position Overview for Part-time Auction Clerk
America's Auto Auction West Michigan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auction Clerk for our Friday auction sale days. The Auction Clerk plays a key role in the auction process by entering vehicle and sale information into the system in real time as vehicles are auctioned. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where accuracy and focus are critical.

Key Responsibilities for Part-time Auction Clerk

Enter vehicle and sale data into the computer system during live auction events

Work closely with auctioneers to ensure accurate and timely recording of information

Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working at a fast pace

Verify and correct data as needed during the auction process

Support auction operations as needed on sale day
Requirements:

Reliable and punctual, with consistent Friday availability

Prior clerical or administrative experience is a plus (auction experience not required)
Work Schedule for Part-time Auction Clerk

Fridays only (weekly auction day)

Hours may vary depending on auction schedule

Start at 8:15 and end anywhere from noon until 2pm

Able to work some extra admin work after sale if desired and available
