General Labourer – Asphalt Paving Crew
Green Acres Asphalt is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our asphalt paving crew for the 2027 season. Whether you have construction experience or are looking to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour
CDL Holders: Additional compensation available based on license and experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (April–October)
Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID
What You'll Do
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and roadway maintenance
- Rake and shovel asphalt
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Set up traffic control and job sites
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work closely with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus and earns additional compensation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous construction or asphalt experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals
