The Assistant General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficient while making sure our guests have a great dining experience. The position will assist the General Manager in building a positive working relationship amongst the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold Service Standards and Practices
- Day to Day management of the of the restaurant
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, guidelines, and training programs are
executed and completed on a timely basis
- Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and are given responsive, engaging, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a manager.
- Continually strives to develop staff in all areas of professional development
- Must possess good leadership and strong people skills

Pay: $76,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
