- Consult Orlando enterprises personally, positioning AT&T Business Fiber, Wireless, and VoIP as the backbone of modern business success.
- Identify and engage high‑growth corridors, working with field teams to maximize outreach and secure new accounts.
- Showcase AT&T’s edge in-person, demonstrating how Business Fiber, wireless devices, and VoIP solutions support seamless video conferencing and mobile collaboration.
- Guide firms through enrollment and setup, ensuring smooth deployment of fiber internet, cell phones, and Office@Hand VoIP systems.
- Differentiate AT&T from competitors, emphasizing 99.8% uptime and integrated 5G wireless failover compared to traditional cable.
- Document all client interactions in sales systems, ensuring accurate reporting and territory activation tracking.
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles such as B2B sales or retail.
