Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across out commercial properties. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units and mini splits.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, drainage, and water supply connections.
- Conduct equipment repairs using appropriate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding for component fabrication or repair. (most equipment is owned by the business and is on site)
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
Experience
- Proven service technician experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) environments with a strong mechanical background.
- Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades.
- Experience working with mini split systems.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC applications including water supply lines and drainage.
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s license and background check.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
