Position Overview
Guardian Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated Marketing Liaison to build relationships with healthcare providers and connect patients and families with high-quality hospice services. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who understands the importance of compassionate end-of-life care and can represent our organization with empathy, integrity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral partners.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community organizations about hospice eligibility, services, and the referral process.
- Conduct regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral sources.
- Identify new partnership and outreach opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to support timely, appropriate referrals.
- Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, referrals, and market trends.
- Meet established outreach and growth goals while following Medicare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and ethical marketing practices.
- Represent the company with sensitivity and respect when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- At least [1-3 years] of healthcare sales, business development, community outreach, or liaison experience preferred.
- Hospice, home health, senior living, or post-acute care experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of hospice services and referral processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, organize a territory, and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
- Commitment to ethical outreach and patient-centered care.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
