Cultivation facility seeking a dependable garden assistant for full-time position. Must have a valid State of NV Cultivation Agent Card to begin working. (more information about obtaining an agent card can be found at ccb.nv.gov)
Responsibilities:
- Watering plants
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Assist in keeping flower rooms clean and orderly
- Mix water and nutrients according to specifications
- Clean watering tanks and pots
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Assist in harvesting plants
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must have a high tolerance to pollen/allergens
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have weekend availability
- Must have strong basic math skills
- Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given assignment
